School Birthday 2014
Friday19th of September was a very special and auspicious day for TSEP – it was teacher Narong’s birthday and the school’s 39th birthday celebrations. The day was spent having wonderful showsperformed by both TSEP and Thewphaingarm school students to show the deep respect and love that everyone has for teacher Narong. Many of the students had worked really hard to produce some wonderful acts to present on stage during the proceedings.
Scout Camp 2014/15
On Friday 16th and Saturday 17th of January TSEP’s grades 4 – 12 departed from Bangkok to attend this year’s annual scout camp and interrelationship camp. Students, teachers and buses met up early in the morning and boarded said buses in anticipation of the upcoming two days of fun and games. The convoy of buses headed in roughly a northwesterly direction to the venue. The new location was at the Pine Resort which is located at Pathum Thani, about 60km from Bangkok.
December 5th is an important day in the Thai calendar because this is the day the country celebrates the birthday of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX), the monarch of Thailand. It underlines the contribution and compassion His Majesty the King makes to and has for his subjects. It is also regarded as National Father’s Day.
Sports Day 2014
On Friday the 28th November, TSEP and Thewphiangarm School held the annual extravaganza which is Sport’s Day. It was a lovely cool morning with a gentle breeze, clear blue skies, and the perfect weather for the event
TSEP School Trip 2014
On Friday 7th a day packed with activity and loads of fun. This year the destination was the historical city of Ayutthaya, a beautiful and ancient capital and, modern city, in the Central Plains of Thailand, 85 km north of Bangkok. All of our pupils and teachers fitted into a luxurious fleet of seven coaches, complete with a police escort.
On Friday 31st of September TSEP had their own special day of fun to celebrate the creepiest of all days – Halloween. Many students came to school in their own Halloween fancy dress costumes. These were all excellent and ranged from zombies to ghosts, and from vampires to witches.
